To ensure a higher quality of life and a stronger economy and community over the long term, the VIP has made a commitment to revitalizing our town in a manner that is in harmony with Nature. As a key part of this effort, we are collaborating with Sustainable Pittsburgh and the University of Pittsburgh's Mascaro Sustainability Initiative (MSI).
The VIP hopes to send a full grant application to the Heinz Endowment to request funding for "greening" historic properties in Vandergrift.
